Gulf Oil AGM approves GDR / ADR /FCCB issue for USD 100 Million

Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved raising of USD 100 million by way of issue of GDR / ADR / FCCB or otherwise.
