India Finsec Ltd arm IFL Enterprises Limited gets approval fo Public Issue of equity shares on SME Platform of BSE Limited

IFL Enterprises Limited (Subsidiary of India Finsec Limited) has been granted in-principle approval by BSE Limited to the proposed Public issue of 16,26,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 20 per Equity Share (including a share premium of Rs.10 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 325.20 Lakhs.
