Bajaj Finance Limited approves allotment of 1918040 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd has, at its meeting held on February 15, 2017 i.e. today allotted 1,918,040 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Shri Pankaj Thadani, Shri Deepak Reddy and Shri M. M. Muralidharan, Trustees of BFL Employee Welfare Trust under the BFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 at the respective grant prices.

The meeting commenced at 3.15 p.m. and concluded at 3.30 p.m.
