Kennametal India Ltd approves appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Kennametal India Ltd held on February 02, 2017, the Board, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. T. V. Thulsidass as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2017. The term of appointment is as per the service conditions applicable to the employees of the Company.
