Ion Exchange to setup joint venture in Oman

Ion Exchange India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors have approved the setting up a joint venture / subsidiary in Sultanate of Oman under the name and style of Ion Exchange LLC for trading and dealing in water treatment, effluent treatment plants and pollution control equipments. It is proposed to make an investment up to Rs 1,12,50,000/- in the equity of Ion Exchange LLC.
