Gravity India Board to lease factory premises

Gravity India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2006 has decided to give on lease the vacant factory premises of around 10000sq feet at Rs 8/- per sq feet per month lease rent to four parties viz M/s Ram Maruti Textiles Pvt Ltd, M/s Shivani Textiles, M/s Shree Shiva Shiv Textiles and M/s Radha Textiles. The tenure of the lease will be 10 years. Any charges such as electricity, any other statutory charges levied by the Municipal Corporation, State and or Central Government from to time to be born by the above said parties.
