Dhanprayog Investments to form joint venture with overseas company

Dhanprayog Investments Company Ltd has announced that, in order to expand the horizon of its business activities, the Company intends to team up in a joint venture with an Overseas Company and others primarily for making strategic investments in other global companies. The investment by the Company (partly by way of equity participation and partly by way of interest-free loan) will be made with a view to achieving long term wealth creation and therefore, income returns will be minimal.

The investment will be made after obtaining requisite approval(s).
