Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 186015 Shares pursuant to exercise of options

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 186,015 (One Lakh Eighty Six Thousand and Fifteen) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 10, 2017 under the JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 422,97,80,880/- consisting of 42,29,78,088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 423,16,41,030/- consisting of 42,31,64,103 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1317.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1324.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 319830 in over 5370 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1341 and intraday low of 1307.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 420792637.
