Subex Ltd announces cancellation of 89111 Employee Stock Options

The ESOPs Committee / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd has cancelled 89,111 ESOPs for the quarter of October-December 2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company- ESOP 2005, ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
