Federal Bank Ltd approves allotment of 519650 shares under ESOS 2010

As authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, allotment of 5,19,650 (Five lakh nineteen thousand six hundred and fifty only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of Federal Bank Ltd to the Option Grantees has been made upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2010 Scheme for which allottees have paid money.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.69.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 957339 in over 3233 trades.
