Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 285725 Shares pursuant to exercise of options

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 2,85,725 (Two Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on October 22, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,22,28,19,180 consisting of 42,22,81,918 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,22,56,76,430 consisting of 42,25,67,643 equity shares of Rs. 10/ - each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1307.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1308.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 145641 in over 4827 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1311.85 and intraday low of 1298.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 190152661.
