Zee Learn Ltd Grants 2254214 Stock Options

Pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme approved by the Members, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board at its meeting held on September 30, 2016, has approved grant of 22,54,214 Stock Options (convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of Zee Learn Ltd) in the category of Employees / Directors.

These Stock Options have been granted at an Exercise Price of Rs. 34.15 per equity share being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on September 29, 2016 at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which had the highest quantity of trading in Company's Shares.
