Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd allots 880000 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

On September 12, 2016, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd, has issued and allotted 8,80,000 (Eight Lac Eighty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 101,12,97,478/- divided into 50,56,48,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 101,30,57,478/- divided into 50,65,28,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.82.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 88.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1842138 in over 7452 trades.
