Gujarat State Petronet Ltd approves allotment of 43595 shares

The Board of Directors of Gujarat State Petronet Ltd at its meeting held on September 09, 2016, have approved allotment of 43595 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,63,42,29,800 to Rs. 5,63,46,65,750.
