Geometric Ltd announces cancellation of 258600 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on August 09, 2016 noted cancellation of 258,600 stock options under ESOP scheme 2011 and ESOP scheme 2013 - Employees due to resignation of employees, during the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

Shares of GEOMETRIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.236.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 240.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9697 in over 234 trades.
