Nicco Corporation allots preference shares to strategic investors

Nicco Corporation Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2006, has allotted 90,90,909 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 22/- each to six strategic Investors in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement for Re-Organisation of the Share Capital of the Company as approved by the Hon'ble High Court at Kolkata.
