Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd allots 33185000 shares to ICICI Bank

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Management Committee of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2016 has considered and allotted 3,31,85,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to ICICI Bank Limited against liability towards corporate guarantee, in accordance with the resolution passed by the shareholders.

Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1270,34,21,850 to Rs. 1303,52,71,850 comprising of 125,10,39,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and 5,24,88,010 "B" Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.94. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10996 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.2 and intraday low of 1.93. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23105.
