SKS Microfinance Ltd allots 31,815 equity Shares under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans

On March 25. 2016, SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 31,815 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
