Rolta India Ltd allots 537500 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Plans

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Rolta India Ltd in its meeting held on February 23, 2016 has allotted 5,37,500 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Plans.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands 16,27,04,096, equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating the Paid up Capital of Rs. 162,70,40,960/-.
