Subex Ltd allots 23542888 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Subex Ltd has allotted 2,35,42,888 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of US$ 5,460,000 out of the Company's US$ 28.81 million bonds that are outstanding under the US$ 127,721,000 5.70 per cent secured convertible bonds due 2017 on December 22, 2015. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to US$ 23.35 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the NSE and BSE the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 398,20,53,320 to Rs. 421,74,82,200.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4704499 in over 9069 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.3 and intraday low of 11.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56539731.
