Indusind Bank Ltd allots 281395 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 2,81,395 (Two Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on December 16, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
