A meeting of the Board of Directors of SVOGL Oil Gas And Energy Ltd will be held on December 22, 2015, to consider and approve PAS-4 and PAS-5 for issuance and allotment of shares under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme to Lenders/Promoters.

The Board will also consider proposal to authorise Share Allotment Committee to issue and allot shares under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme to Lenders/Promoters on December 22, 2015 in the evening.
