Astra Microwave Products Ltd closes QIP

In respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee of Astra Microwave Products Ltd at its meeting held at its meeting held on December 14, 2015, has approved the closure of the QIP on December 14, 2015.

The Committee approved the issue price of Rs. 135.80/- per Equity Share (share), which is at a discount of Rs. 6.96/- per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 142.76/- per Equity Share, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP and approved and adopted the Placement Document (PD) dated December 14, 2015, in connection with the QIP.

Shares of ASTRA MICROWAVE PRODUCTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.133.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84673 in over 1191 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.3 and intraday low of 133. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11553760.
