Majesco Ltd allots 43416 Equity Shares to employee on exercise of ESOP

A meeting of investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Majesco Ltd on November 26, 2015, 43,416 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,856,211 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 114,281,055/-.
