Starvox Electronics Ltd approves allotment of shares on reduction of share capital

The Board of Directors of Starvox Electronics Ltd at its meeting held on November 17, 2015, have issued and allotted 95,220 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to the scheme of arrangement by way of reduction of share capital approved by Hon'ble high court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on August 13, 2015.
