Geometric Ltd allots 173294 shares under ESOP

The Board of Directors of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on November 02, 2015, has approved the allotment of 173,294 (One lakh seventy three thousand two hundred and ninety four) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2011 and ESOP Scheme 2013 - Employees.

The Board approved the issuance of 12,50,000 (Twelve lakhs fifty thousand) stock options to the employees of the Company and institution of new ESOP Scheme' called "ESOP Scheme 2015".

The Board also approved the extension of the benefits of "ESOP Scheme 2015" to employees of the Company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries.

Shares of GEOMETRIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.143 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 699763 in over 10055 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 147.45 and intraday low of 136. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99873319.
