DCW AGM approves issue of 2,90,00,000 shares to investors

DCW Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to offer, issue and allot upto 2,90,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, at premium of Rs 10/- per share for cash to the following Investors -

1. upto 1,25,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each at premium of Rs 10/- per share to Lotus Global Investments Ltd., Mauritius, a Foreign Institutional Investor.

2. upto 1,25,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each at premium of Rs 10/- per share to Mavi Investments Fund Ltd., Mauritius, a Foreign Institutional Investor.

3. upto 40,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each at premium of Rs 10/- per share to Sahu Brothers (Saurashtra) Pvt Ltd., a Company in the Promoter Group.
