Intellect Design Arena Ltd allots 39600 Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan

The Directors of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated October 27, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 28,000 shares to Four (07) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 11,600 shares to Four (04) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
