L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 296499 Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 2,96,499 (Two Lakh Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Nine) Equity Shares at its meeting held on October 23, 2015 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme-2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.68.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 216681 in over 1055 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 69.45 and intraday low of 68.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14914267.
