High Ground Enterprise Ltd forfeits 288145 warrants

The Board of Directors of High Ground Enterprise Ltd at its meeting held on October 21, 2015, have forfeited 2,88,145 warrants of Rs. 10/- each allotted at Rs. 90/- (including premium of Rs. 80/- per share) allotted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 22, 2014. The above forfeiture of warrants is done as per Regulation 77 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2009 for non-payment of amount due on the warrants issued.

Shares of High Ground Enterprise Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.77.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 798378 in over 800 trades.
