Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd announces lapse of 242772 Stock Options

As per the Employee Stock Option Scheme-2012 of Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd 2,42,772 stock options (including 1,39,852 stock options lapsed due to resignation / retirement of three employees during the year) became un-exercisable on the 3rd anniversary of the grant, as per the terms and conditions of vesting. Accordingly the un-exercisable options as aforesaid have been brought back to the Stock Options pool and shall become available for future grants, subject to compliance with all Applicable Laws.
