Zee Learn Ltd allots 33535 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on September 24, 2015, has approved allotment of 33,535 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,115,485 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 320,115,485 to 320,149,020 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,149,020/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1740 in over 28 trades.
