L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd intends to issue Secured, Redeemable. Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 100 Crore (Series :Z" FY 2015-16), on private placement basis.
