PMC Fincorp Ltd allots 243280600 shares

The Board of Directors of PMC Fincorp Ltd at its meeting held on September 02, 2015, has issued and allotted 243,280,600 (Twenty Four Crores Thirty Two Lakhs Eighty Thousand Six Hundred) Bonus Shares of Rs. 1/- each to those shareholders who holds shares in physical/demat mode as on the Record Date i.e. September 01, 2015.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed & paid up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 243,280,600 to Rs. 486,561,200.

The equity shares allotted as above shall, rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.

Shares of PRITI MERCANTILE COMPANY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1.63 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.56. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4801770 in over 971 trades.
