Polaris Consulting & Services allots 10000 Equity shares under ASOP

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd vide its circular resolution approved on September 01, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 10,000 numbers of Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Eight (8) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 8,300 numbers of Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Ten (10) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
