KLK Electrical Ltd approves preferential issue of 2350000 shares

The Board of Directors of KLK Electrical Ltd at its meeting held on August 31, 2015, have considered and approved the issue of 2350000 (Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) convertible warrants of Rs. 10 each, at a price of Rs. 12 per warrant to non promoters on a preferential basis, subject to the approval of members of the Company.
