IIFL Holdings Ltd allots 301505 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOPs

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Ltd by way of circular resolution dated August 25, 2015, allotted 3,01,505 equity shares to the eligible person(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 31,11,42,948 equity shares to 31,14,44,453 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
