Marico Ltd allots 200 Shares under Marico's ESOS Scheme

The Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Marico Ltd have vide resolution passed through circulation as on August 21, 2015 approved allotment of 200 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2007.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 645,085,399 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,085,399 to 645,085,599 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,085,599/-.

Shares of MARICO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.430.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 424.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34985 in over 1243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 432.75 and intraday low of 419.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14982366.
