Lactose India Ltd allots 1260000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Lactose India Ltd at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, have allotted 12,60,000 Convertible warrants to M/s. Gyaneshwar Multitrade Private Limited.

Further the Company has received application money being 25% of the total amount due on allotment of the Convertible warrants.

Shares of LACTOSE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1060 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 45 and intraday low of 43.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46070.
