Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd to consider allotment of CCPS to MCAP India Fund Ltd

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd will be held on August 03, 2015, to consider the allotment of Equity Shares against conversion of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of the Company held by MCAP India Fund Ltd., an entity not belonging to Promoter Group.

In this regard, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares shall remain closed from July 27, 2015 to August 04, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors / officers / designated employees of the Company together with their dependents.
