Batliboi Board to consider stock split

Batliboi Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, to consider the proposal to split (subdivide) the Company's Equity Share of Rs 10/- each into Equity Share of lesser face value.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.157.40, down by Rs.4.40 or 2.72%. The total traded quantity was 24405 compared to 2 week average of 61878. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166 and low of Rs.156.
