Raj Television Board to declare dividend

Raj Television Network Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and recommend declaration of Dividend in the coming Annual General Meeting and also consider Closer of the share transfer register.
