Jetking Infotrain Board to declare interim dividend

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2007-08.
