Prime Focus Board to declare interim dividend

Prime Focus Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider declaration of interim dividend.

3. To fix the record date for the same.

4. To consider further capital raising via Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) / issue of ADR / GDR / FCCB / and / or any other Convertible instrument(s).
