Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:

1. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Recommendation of payment of Final Dividend, if any, on Equity shares for the year 2006-2007.
