Balaji Amines Board recommends 15% dividend

Balaji Amines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 15% on Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
