Mazda Board to consider dividend

Mazda Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007 to consider following business:

1. To take on record and approve the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

2. To take on record audited annual results for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. To recommend dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company.
