AMD Metplast Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter-alia, to consider, the following:

1. To consider dividend on equity shares.

2. To consider audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. To consider unaudited financial results for first quarter ended on June 30, 2007.
