Cenlub Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2007 & will also consider, approve & adopt the Annual Accounts along with Directors report & Auditors report thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend if any.
