Nilkamal equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Nilkamal Ltd has announced that in accordance with the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, the equity Shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2007 have approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Nilkamal Crates and Bins Pvt Ltd, Stackwell Marketing Services Pvt Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors, with requisite majority.
